Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently offer shipping and delivery services only to the United States.

2. Order Processing & Shipping Times

Order Processing Time

Once your payment is successfully authorized and verified, your order will move into the processing phase. This typically takes 1 to 7 business days. During this time, we will prepare your products, perform quality checks, and carefully package them.

Shipping Time

As soon as your order completes processing, we will ship it out, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the journey of your package.

Estimated Shipping Time

7 - 12 business days from the date the order is shipped.

Important Notes:

  • "Business days" are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

  • During peak seasons (such as Christmas, New Year's, Black Friday) or in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics), delivery times may be longer than expected. We will always strive to minimize any delays.

Estimated Delivery Time Formula: Estimated Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Estimated Shipping Time

3. Shipping Costs

We apply a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders shipped within the United States.

You can easily view the applicable shipping cost in your cart before completing your checkout. Your total payment will include the product value and the shipping cost.

4. Order Tracking

To help you conveniently track your order:

  • Notifications & Tracking Number: Immediately after your order is shipped, we will send you a notification email with a tracking number so you can check the shipping status.

  • Information Update Time: Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to begin displaying and be fully updated on the carrier's system.

  • If you don't receive a notification: Please thoroughly check your inbox, including your SPAM/JUNK folder, for the confirmation email or tracking link.

  • Contact Support: If the estimated delivery date has passed and you still haven't received your package, or if you have any questions about your order status, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will be happy to investigate and assist you.
