At Luvmarts, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every product you receive meets our high standards of quality. In the rare event that you encounter an issue with your order, please review our policy below.

1. Return Eligibility Period

We accept requests for refunds or product replacements within 30 days from the date you receive your order if the defect is attributable to our fault. Unfortunately, after this 30-day period, we regret that we cannot process any refund or replacement requests.

2. Valid Reasons for Returns / Refunds

You may request a refund or replacement if the product is deemed defective due to one of the following circumstances attributable to us:

  • The received product is significantly different from the description or images provided on our website.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping (e.g., uneven stitching, torn fabric, faded/peeling print, stains, etc.).
  • You received a product that does not match your original order (e.g., you ordered size M but received size L, or received a different design than ordered).

3. Product Conditions for Request Submission

To allow us to verify the product's condition and confirm the fault is ours, please ensure the following when submitting your request:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged by the user.
  • Clear photos or a video clearly showing the defect (e.g., uneven stitching, tear in the fabric, faded print, etc.) must be attached.
  • Please include your order number, shipping address, and a detailed description of the issue encountered.

Important Note: You are not required to return the defective product to us. We encourage you to consider donating it to someone in need.

4. Cases Not Eligible for Return / Refund

We are unable to offer a refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • The request is submitted after 30 days from the date of product receipt.
  • The product has been washed, used, damaged, or soiled by the user.
  • You ordered the wrong product, wrong size, or provided an incorrect shipping address at the time of purchase.
  • The customer has changed their mind or no longer needs the product.

5. Return Shipping Fees

Since we do not require you to return the defective product, you will not incur any return shipping fees.

6. How to Submit a Refund / Replacement Request

To file a claim, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Photos or video of the defective product
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Your replacement shipping address (if requesting a replacement)

We will respond within 24–48 business hours to confirm the information and guide you through the next steps.

7. Resolution Method: Refund or Product Replacement

Once your request is confirmed as valid, we will proceed with one of the following options:

  • Sending a Replacement Product (if available): We will send a new, free replacement product to the address you provided in your return/refund request email. You will receive an email notification once the replacement order has been shipped.

  • Full Refund (if replacement is unavailable or upon your request): We will issue a full refund for the product's value, including shipping costs (if any). Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method:

    • Credit Card: Typically takes 7–10 business days to appear on your statement.

    • PayPal: Typically takes 3–7 business days to appear in your account. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
